Our facility sets aside has available time for staff to return telephone calls and answer electronic messages every day.

When staff receive or make calls with clients we ask for three types of identification prior to any discussion taking place.

Privacy

Managing Patient Information- Confidentiality is our highest priority. Client information is secured and only by the relevant Health Professional. Your medical information can and will only be released to a third party after you have provided your written consent. The Privacy Policy is available upon request via the front counter.
